Quantum Reflex Integration (QRI)

Quantum Reflex Integration (QRI) is an innovative therapy used within Neuroinsight to support neurological recovery in children. This method combines primary reflex stimulation with low-level laser therapy, aiming at neurological reorganization and improvement of motor, cognitive and behavioral functions.

What is Quantum Reflex Integration?

QRI is based on the integration of primary reflexes – automatic movements essential for brain development in the first years of life. In the case of some children, these reflexes do not develop or are not fully integrated, affecting balance, coordination, attention and learning. Through Quantum Reflex Integration, these reflexes are stimulated in a specific way, to support harmonious neurological development.

QRI therapy uses a special device, called the QRI Harmonic Laser, which transmits a soft light (near-infrared) to strategic points on the body. This process activates mitochondria — the cells’ “batteries” — and stimulates cellular energy (ATP) production, supporting tissue regeneration, reducing inflammation, and improving neural connections.

Benefits of QRI Therapy

Quantum Reflex Integration is used internationally to support children with a variety of neurological conditions, including:

  • cerebral palsy
  • developmental delays
  • autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • traumatic brain injuries
  • sensory and motor integration deficits

Among the benefits observed are:

  • Increased attention and concentration
  • improving balance and coordination
  • Reducing repetitive or avoidance behaviors
  • language and communication support
  • increased emotional stability

How does QRI work?

The effectiveness of QRI therapy is based on the principle of photobiomodulation – the use of light to stimulate natural biological processes in the body. This:

  • increases the level of oxygenation in the tissues
  • reduces cellular oxidative stress
  • stimulates nerve repair and tissue regeneration
  • has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects

By applying laser light to key points on the body, reflexes are stimulated to integrate or reorganize, and communication between the brain and body becomes more efficient.
