This page applies to orders placed on www.neuroinsight.ro. The online store is managed by BENCO CONS PRO S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Craiova nr. 7, ap. 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2022004596127, TO WHOM 46549539.
Delivery methods
The products sold on the site are delivered exclusively on the territory of Romania, by express courier.
BENCO CONS PRO S.R.L. ensures:
- Proper packaging of products to protect them during transport.
- Submission of accompanying documents, such as the tax invoice and, where applicable, the guarantee certificate.
The delivery is considered completed when the buyer signs the transport document provided by the courier (or the tax invoice, in the case of deliveries made directly by our staff).
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is generally 1–5 working days from order confirmation, depending on the availability of the product in stock and the delivery location.
The availability of each product is displayed on the website as follows:
- “in stock” – more than 3 pieces available
- “limited stock” – less than 2 pieces available
- “Out of stock” – the product is no longer available and cannot be ordered
In exceptional situations (e.g. temporary lack of stock), the buyer is informed immediately and the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout, before payment is made. If the buyer decides to return the product, he will only bear the cost of transport for the return, according to the legislation in force.
Partial or non-delivery
If a product in the order cannot be delivered, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or phone, and the value of the product will be returned to the buyer’s bank account within a maximum of 7 days.
Transfer of ownership
Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery, after payment has been made and the transport document or tax invoice has been signed.
